KAFA’s engineering team handles every structural calculation, drawing review, and project sign-off in-house. No outsourced engineering. No nameless designers. Each project is led by a named structural engineer who remains accountable from initial scoping through erection support.
Founded KAFA in 2001 with a focus on international steel building delivery. Personally involved in scoping calls for projects above 5,000 m² — direct accountability for delivery commitments and engineering scope across all international markets.
Leads structural design across all building types. Reviews and signs off on every primary frame calculation before fabrication release. Multi-standard expertise ensures projects ship to the design code applicable in the destination country.
Owns the ISO 9001:2015 batch inspection programme. Every production batch passes through her team’s inspection before surface treatment and container packing — traceable inspection records retained per project.
Coordinates 15+ countries of delivery — port logistics, export documentation, and on-site erection support. First point of contact from container departure through weather-tight completion.

Soil bearing variance identified at site investigation. Foundation parameters adjusted before fabrication was committed — anchor bolt layout revised at the design stage, not after slab pour.
When the site investigation returned a bearing capacity below the client’s original assumption, we paused anchor bolt finalisation, revised the foundation design, and confirmed the updated layout before issuing the fabrication drawing set. The additional design time was two working days. Discovering the discrepancy after the slab was cast would have been a structural rework measured in weeks.

Double-girder overhead crane provisions required structural frame engineering before any column or rafter was sized. Crane supplier confirmed rated load and span late in scoping — KAFA held the fabrication slot and incorporated final parameters without schedule impact.
Crane beam bracket positioning and column sizing cannot be finalised without knowing rated load, span, and duty classification. When the crane supplier confirmation arrived three weeks after initial scoping, we had held the design at foundation level — anchor bolt layout confirmed, primary frame geometry frozen — and incorporated the crane parameters in the following revision. No additional fabrication time was needed because the hold point was planned, not reactive.
